After being dumped by first season winner Patrick “Tango” Hunter, Tiffany “New York” Pollard is once again eager to find her ideal man. Her quest for love continues when I Love New York returns for a second season this coming October.
“Hey everyone just letting you know were [sic] gonna start shooting I Love New York season 2 today and I don’t know when it’s gonna come out to you people but keep your fingers crossed for your girl I’m looking for love and it’s gonna happen this time America,” Pollard posted in her MySpace blog in July.
Meanwhile, I Love New York season two returns with different approach in casting. New York came up with the idea of her fans picking five of the 20 guys who will participate in the second season of I Love New York. New York has also stated the men should be straight and should be from 21-36 years of age.
With an approach similar to the online casting process of The Real World season 20, I Love New York season two contestants will have to submit a video profile showcasing themselves, biographical information and photos to the show’s official website. Fans will also have the ability to vote on which potential suitors make the cut.
So far, here are the top 20 hopefuls listed on the website:
A VH1 special will reveal the five men with the most votes.
